Lehigh Valley Mall Lifestyle Center Addition

We were fortunate to be involved in the lifestyle addition to the Lehigh Valley Mall, a Simon Property in Whitehall, PA, near Allentown.
Our work included design and documentation of fine grading, ADA access improvements, site landscaping, streetscape improvements including architectural pavements, planters, street furniture and pedestrian plaza areas. We were involved in this project after initial land development approvals were attained by the project Civil Engineer and kept engaged through construction and the grand opening.
