McCloskey & Faber was commissioned by the Norristown Zoological Society to prepare a design for what is considered to be our nation's largest open-area Bald Eagle exhibit.

Eagle Canyon with its many bald eagles, waterfalls, ponds, carved and natural stone rock features is the first exhibit viewed by zoo visitors as they enter the Elmwood Park Zoo. The project entailed concept design development studies through construction documentation and reviews during construction.  The complete project was designed and constructed in an eleven-month time period with McCloskey & Faber serving as the prime consultant.
