Masonic Village

As the Civil Engineer was developing the Land Development Plans for the expansion of the Masonic Village Senior Retirement Community in Lafayette Hill, McCloskey & Faber was brought in to assist with land planning, ADA pedestrian access concerns, site lighting and site landscaping for Township Approvals.
McCloskey & Faber reviewed existing site conditions; the Architects plans and elevations; the Civil Engineers preliminary grading drawings and designed appropriate entrance hardscape features and replacement sidewalks to address ADA pedestrian access and aesthetics. McCloskey and Faber worked with the site and client program to create a safe and calm space that integrates with the natural surroundings. Besides landscaping and site lighting, McCloskey and Faber designed the site entrance signs; prepared sign drawings and presentations for Zoning review of the signs; and acquired the necessary approvals.
